Pro-Active Engineering, LLC is seeking an Electronic QC Assembly Inspector in Corona, CA to perform visual inspection of PCBAs, verify solder quality, and ensure workmanship meets IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards. The role requires familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS and reading engineering drawings.

The successful candidate will inspect under magnification, prepare First Article Reports, and collaborate with manufacturing to support production priorities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in PCB/PCBA inspection.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 QMS.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings/BOM.
• Computer skills with MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of PCBs/PCBAs under magnification to assess solder quality and workmanship to IPC-A-610 Class 2.
• Measure and inspect using microscope.
• Test PCBAs per specifications.
• Prepare First Article Reports and support manufacturing priorities.
• Inspect incoming and in-process materials and traveler sign-offs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and assist the manager as needed.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.00 Annually

Adura has an opening for an Electronic QC Assembly Inspector at their Corona, CA location.

Essential Functions

• Under 10X Magnification lamp - Visual Inspection of PCBs and PCBAs for solder quality and overall workmanship to meet IPC-A-610 Class 2 type,
• Ability to measure and inspect under a microscope.
• Testing of PCBAs according to the specs.
• Preparation of First Article Reports and support manufacturing priorities.
• Inspection of all off the shelf purchased products pertaining to the approved part list.
• Inspection of Incoming, In process activities (Kits, First Article & Final Quality Control) traveler sign off.
• Works closely with manufacturing and performs other duties as assigned by the manager.

Required Education and Experience

• 1-3 years working experience in PCB and/or PCBA inspection.
• Have working knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610.
• Be able to read and interpret engineering drawing and bill of materials.
• Computer skills and work with Microsoft word & excel.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience in PCB-A or box-build environments.
• Familiarity with ESD protocols.
• Experience working under ISO or regulated manufacturing systems.
