Adura, Pro-Active Engineering Company, is hiring a Manufacturing Assistant at our Corona, CA location. The role focuses on strict attention to detail in assembling and inspecting PCBs and SMT components within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate and maintain equipment such as Pick and Place machines, AOI, Reflow Ovens, and Wave Soldering systems while supporting quality control and inventory tasks. Lifting up to 50 lbs and collaboration with the production team are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with PCBA processes a plus.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and produce PCBs and SMT components.
• Operate PCBA equipment such as Pick and Place, AOI, Reflow Ovens, and Wave Soldering machines.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle materials: organize, label, and transport components.
• Set up and calibrate machinery for production runs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow detailed instructions.
• Support inventory tracking and replenishment of raw materials.

Manufacturing Assistant

Corona, CA, US

Salary Range: $19.00 To $19.00 Annually

Adura has an opening for a Manufacturing Assistantat our Corona, CA location. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions

Assist in the assembly, inspection, and production of PCBs and SMT components.

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as Pick and Place machines, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), Reflow Ovens, and Wave Soldering machines.

Support quality control by inspecting products for defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Perform material handling tasks, including organizing, labeling, and transporting components.

Assist in setting up and calibrating machinery for production runs.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.

Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with the production team.

Support inventory tracking and replenishment of raw materials as needed.

Required Education and Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) processes is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
