Job summary

Adura in Corona, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant to support assembly, inspection, and production of PCBs and SMT components. You will operate and maintain Pick and Place machines, AOI, Reflow Ovens, and Wave Soldering equipment, while contributing to quality control and material handling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with PCBA processes a plus.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly, inspection, and production of PCBs and SMT components.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as Pick and Place machines, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), Reflow Ovens, and Wave Soldering machines.
• Support quality control by inspecting products for defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform material handling tasks, including organizing, labeling, and transporting components.
• Assist in setting up and calibrating machinery for production runs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with the production team.
• Support inventory tracking and replenishment of raw materials as needed.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $19.00 Annually

Adura has an opening for a Manufacturing Assistantat our Corona, CA location. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions

Assist in the assembly, inspection, and production of PCBs and SMT components.
