Job summary

Adura in Corona, CA is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform visual and microscopic inspection of PCBs and PCBAs, ensuring solder quality and workmanship meet IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards. The role includes testing PCBAs to spec, preparing first article reports, and supporting manufacturing priorities.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of PCB/PCBA inspection experience, familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS, and the ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years working experience in PCB and/or PCBA inspection.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Under 10X magnification, visually inspect PCBs/PCBAs for solder quality and workmanship per IPC-A-610 Class 2.
• Measure and inspect under a microscope.
• Test PCBAs according to specifications.
• Prepare First Article Reports and support manufacturing priorities.
• Inspect all off-the-shelf products against the approved part list.
• Sign off on Incoming, In-Process, and Final QC activities; coordinate with manufacturing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Ability to measure and inspect under a microscope.
• Testing of PCBAs according to the specs.
• Preparation of First Article Reports and support manufacturing priorities.
• Inspection of all off the shelf purchased products pertaining to the approved part list.
• Inspection of Incoming, In process activities (Kits, First Article & Final Quality Control) traveler sign off.
• Works closely with manufacturing and performs other duties as assigned by the manager.

Preferred Qualifications
