Acara Solutions is seeking a focused Assembler/Manufacturing Technician to join a fast-paced electronics production team in Melbourne, FL. You will assemble components onto PCBs, inspect workmanship, and prepare leads per IPC standards while maintaining a clean, organized work area and supporting the manufacturing flow.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with fine manual dexterity.

Formación

High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with fine manual dexterity.
Ability to read, understand and follow written instructions and drawings.
Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience interpreting engineering drawings and electrical schematics; familiarity with IPC/ISO standards.

Responsabilidades

Assemble electronic components onto PCBs following procedures and visual guides.
Inspect materials and finished work for quality and compliance.
Prepare component leads according to IPC standards and assembly requirements.
Identify and report defective components; maintain accurate in-process documentation.
Support production flow with board washing, packing, and keeping a clean, organized workspace.
