Job summary

Franklin County Court of Common Pleas - General Division seeks a professional to monitor offenders under electronic surveillance as part of community control and/or pre-trial supervision. You will interact with involved parties using evidence-based strategies and maintain a caseload while traveling to jail facilities as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or closely related field and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned offenders on electronic monitoring and manage caseload.
• Interact with offenders, attorneys, law enforcement, and providers as needed.
• Install, operate, and travel for electronic monitoring equipment.
• Maintain equipment inventory and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
• Appear in Court and prepare summaries and documents for review.
• Enter data into the case management system and track progress.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and community resources.
• Collect payments for fees and report indigency status as required.
• Maintain professional conduct and communication with staff and stakeholders.
