Job summary

Training and IRAS certification within six months are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; IRAS certification within six months of employment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in professional interactions.
• Knowledge of computer-based skills including Microsoft Office and database experience.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals and releases to Community Corrections Electronic Monitoring (EM).
• Monitor EM clients, respond to alerts, and document actions in the case management system.
• Investigate violations of supervision and coordinate with courts and agencies.
• Calculate credit time and determine fees; maintain accurate client records.
• Conduct client interviews and schedule initial appointments with verification.
