Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience soldering through-hole and/or surface-mount components using lead-free solder.
• Basic computer skills to access assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install through-hole components, subassemblies, wiring, and perform lead-free soldering.
• Operate machines and read blueprints to meet metal fabrication specs.
• Set up workstations and prepare materials for assembly.
• Identify standard components and ensure correct parts are used.
• Follow safety practices and wear PPE.
