Dynalectric Arizona is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our shop team in Mesa, AZ. You will complete final product assembly, operate CNC equipment, and ensure quality prior to shipping. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

You will work with fabrication and production control to meet production goals, document work status, and learn new tooling and assembly practices while growing your skills within the company.

• Read and follow detailed assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, set up and troubleshoot assembly equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and specifications.
• Document status of work and finished product.
• Collaborate with fabrication and production control to meet requirements.
• Maintain safety and compliance with guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
