Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations. Develop solutions for customer concerns and continual focus on customer service as our top priority.
- Maintains the Quinault Beach Resort high quality of customer service.
- Offers assistance to customers and guest in an accurate, courteous, and friendly manner.
- Maintains and/or obtains an awareness of applicable company and departmental policies, procedures and rules.
- Maintains and/or obtains an awareness of applicable gaming policies, procedures and rules and works within them accordingly.
- Responsible for the protection of Quinault Beach Resort assets and the accurate accounting of inventories in assigned banks by strict compliance.
- Responsible to access EGD equipment to reload tickets, correct ticket jams, game history, and screen recalibration, etc.
- Responsible for confirming accurate documentation on tickets, in the verification of jackpots, machine malfunctions and/or related EGD functions.
- Reports any unusual situations to supervision.
- Such other job-related duties as may be assigned by instruction from management.
- Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or enrolled in GED classes
- Read, write and speak English
- Physical ability to perform the duties required of the position.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately within all denominations of money.
- While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods at assigned work areas.
- Ability to stock machines.
- Must be able to work any assigned shifts including holidays, high volume days and weekends.
Preferred:
- Previous EGD attendant experience.
Demonstrated record of successful customer service skills.
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Class III Washington State and Quinault Indian Nation Tribal Gaming License
