Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience testing, analyzing, researching, verifying, entering, modifying, or updating data.
• Experience processing electronic eligibility data/files preferred; combination of education, training, or experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and update electronic data files.
• Coordinate daily EDI support activities including enrollment file processing and reconciliation.
• Test programming changes to electronic data processing; consult with clients and third-party administrators to resolve data reporting and system logic problems.
• Implement electronic data file transmissions and facilitate external user access.
• Coordinate and provide ongoing training and technical support to the end user (client).
• Provide on-call technical support for EDI transactions and respond to process variations.
