Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial in Mount Pleasant, WI seeks an Electronic Engineering Technician for a direct hire opportunity. All shifts available (2nd shift 3:30 p.m.–12 a.m.; 3rd shift 11:30 p.m.–8 a.m.).

The technician will optimize test processes, support new product introductions, and maintain SMT testing equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency. Responsibilities include supporting production in resolving process and equipment issues, performing PM on SMT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 1 year experience in a related field required.
• Experience with SMT equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production in resolving process and equipment issues.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance of SMT equipment.
• Work with Field Service Support to resolve equipment issues and perform upgrades.
• Fabricate and maintain manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and other tooling.
• Compile and analyze statistical data for critical equipment process and machine health.
• Create profile boards, profiles, and set up profile parameters for wave soldering and re-flow ovens.
• Perform machine calibrations and diagnostics.
• Maintain PM software system, parts inventory, and order parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

$24-$28 /hour pay - 10% shift diff for 2nd and 3rd

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $28.00 per hour
