Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks an Electronic Controls Project Leader in South Milwaukee, WI. You will lead cross-functional teams through development and delivery of electronic controls from concept to launch, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

The role requires guiding projects across software, firmware, hardware, testing, and manufacturing, while maintaining plans and status to leadership. A technical engineering degree and 2+ years in project leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum of two years of engineering experience in project leadership or product development.
• Sponsorship not offered for immigration.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium- to large-scale NPI and VAVE projects from concept through launch.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Collaborate with product owners to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across software, firmware, hardware, testing, and manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain project plans and status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure use of project management metrics and reporting.
