Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Lead Embedded Software Engineer based in Franksville, WI, or nearby locations. This hybrid role allows for flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 remote. You will be responsible for leading design and development activities for embedded systems.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $154,000, based on experience and qualifications. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years' experience in embedded systems development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working on embedded systems.
• Familiarity with C/C++ programming languages.
• Understanding of real-time operating system concepts.
