Alma Bank, headquartered in New York, is seeking an Electronic Banking Specialist in Astoria, NY. The role oversees day-to-day administration of electronic banking services including ACH, wires, and ATM/debit operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting efficiency.

You will collaborate with Treasury Management, Online Banking, Operations, Fraud, and Compliance to maintain seamless service delivery and regulatory adherence, with salary range $65k-$75k and experience-based growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, or relevant professional experience.
• Experience with ACH, wire transfers, ATM/Debit Card processing, and electronic banking systems.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to analyze transactional data.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support electronic payment operations including Wires, ACH, and ATM/Debit Card services.
• Process domestic and international wire transfers and ACH, investigate issues.
• Monitor transactional activity and general ledger reconciliations for accuracy.
• Support ATM/Debit Card operations including fraud review and reconciliations.
• Identify and remediate operational, fraud, or compliance risks; advise management.
• Ensure compliance with NACHA Rules, Regulation E, OFAC, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management, Online Banking, Operations, Fraud, and Compliance teams.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, audits, and regulatory exams.
