Innova Solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician in Tempe, AZ for a full-time, contract-to-hire role on the 2nd shift. The position is onsite at Tempe, AZ 85281, with a pay range of $19–$21 per hour.

Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and 0–3 years of related experience, plus J-Standard soldering experience. Duties include assembling electronic and electro-mechanical components, reading blueprints, and ensuring tolerances per specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0–3 years related experience.
• J-Standard soldering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, including hand work or using automated equipment.
• Comprehend and interpret technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Follow methods and sequence of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing.
• Set up and adjust to maintain blueprint tolerances.
