Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician for a full-time contract-to-hire role in Tempe, AZ. You will perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly, interpret technical specifications, and execute wiring, hand soldering, and cable harnessing to blueprint tolerances.

Pay range is $22-$23 per hour. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience (or an associate degree with 0–2 years), and an active J-STD certification.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience, or an associate degree with 0–2 years.
• Active J-STD certification required.
• W-2 employment only; contract-to-hire role.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Interpret a variety of technical specifications and documents.
• Follow wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing methods.
• Set up and adjust to blueprint tolerances.
