Job summary

KRUSH Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in North Austin. You will assemble, wire, test, and inspect components to ensure they meet quality, safety, and customer specifications.

This ground-floor role offers hands-on training and growth within a fast-moving aerospace-focused company. Responsibilities include reading wiring diagrams and blueprints, installing components, performing functional tests, and upholding ESD and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read assembly instructions and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and torque tools, soldering tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and electromechanical components for KRUSH products.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
• Install wiring, PCBs, and other electrical components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
• Conduct functional testing and quality inspections to verify product performance.
• Follow all safety procedures, ESD protocols, and company quality standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team at KRUSH. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity to join our core manufacturing team — we will train you to assemble, wire, test, and inspect components while ensuring products meet quality, safety, and customer specifications. This role is located at our manufacturing facility in North Austin.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assemble electronic and electromechanical components for proprietary KRUSH products
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings
• Install wiring, PCBs, and other electrical components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Conduct functional testing and quality inspections to verify product performance
• Follow all safety procedures, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols, and company quality standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read assembly instructions and technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and torque tools, soldering tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities (ITAR)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in electronics assembly, wiring, or a technical trade environment
• Technical trade school training or equivalent
• Familiarity with ESD-safe handling practices
• Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or another export-controlled manufacturing environment

KRUSH Tech offers a competitive compensation package. Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual offers are determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on interview performance, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, and internal equity.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate of the applicable range as of the date of posting. The final offer will be determined after considering all relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience.

In addition to base pay, KRUSH Tech offers a monthly benefits stipend that employees can apply toward the health, dental, vision, or other coverage that best fits their needs, along with 9 paid federal holidays per year.
