Job summary

KRUSH Tech in Austin, TX is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee the full spectrum of warehouse operations, material handling, and outbound logistics at our manufacturing facility. You will build a safe, efficient, and cost-conscious operation, implement Lean and Six Sigma projects, manage KPIs, and coordinate with production to ensure timely material delivery.

This role requires a Bachelor's in SCM or related field, ITAR/EAR knowledge, and at least 7 years in warehouse/logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Expert knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling systems, and transportation logistics.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal material flow from warehouse to production areas to minimize downtime.
• Oversee secure receiving, storage, and shipping of export-controlled products in ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Manage relationships with carriers and logistics partners for cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure import/export activities comply with regulations and maintain documentation.

The Warehouse and Logistics Manager will play a crucial role in managing the entire spectrum of warehouse operations and logistics processes at our Manufacturing facility in Austin, TX. This role encompasses the full lifecycle of material management—from the receipt and storage of materials and incoming components to their distribution throughout the plant for production, and ultimately, the shipment of completed equipment to customers. The successful candidate will ensure that all warehouse activities, internal material flows, and outbound logistics are executed safely, efficiently and accurately, while optimizing material handling processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives improving the overall productivity and success of the facility

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for training and development.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse and logistics processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, improve workflows, and increase productivity.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure the accurate and efficient handling of materials and products, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize space utilization, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Manage the internal flow of materials from the warehouse to various production areas, including raw materials, internal fabrication, and assembly processes.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, minimizing downtime and production delays.
• Oversee the secure receiving, storage, and shipping of export-controlled products and materials in strict compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure that all import/export activities comply with local and international regulations, including accurate and timely documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Demonstrated understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations

Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Expert knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling systems, and transportation logistics.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 (ITAR) and 15 C.F.R. § 772.1 (EAR). This includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), and individuals granted political asylum or refugee status. Access to controlled technical data is restricted to U.S. Persons without prior government authorization.

KRUSH Tech offers a competitive compensation package. Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual offers are determined on a case-based basis and may vary based on interview performance, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, and internal equity.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate of the applicable range as of the date of posting. The final offer will be determined after considering all relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience.

In addition to base pay, KRUSH Tech offers a monthly benefits stipend that employees can apply toward the health, dental, vision, or other coverage that best fits their needs, along with 9 paid federal holidays per year.
