Job summary

KRUSH Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in North Austin. You will assemble, wire, test, and inspect components to ensure they meet quality, safety, and customer specifications.

This ground-floor role offers hands-on training and growth within a fast-moving aerospace-focused company. Responsibilities include reading wiring diagrams and blueprints, installing components, performing functional tests, and upholding ESD and safety

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read assembly instructions and technical drawings.
Experience using hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and torque tools, soldering tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic and electromechanical components for KRUSH products.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
Install wiring, PCBs, and other electrical components.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
Conduct functional testing and quality inspections to verify product performance.
Follow all safety procedures, ESD protocols, and company quality standards.
