Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Electronic Assembly Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a multi-functional team responsible for the industrialization of new products in electronic assembly environments. The role focuses on NPI of PCB assemblies, process execution, and technology deployment with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-functional engineering team focused on NPI of PCB assemblies and technology deployment.
• Oversee core industrialization activities including DfX, data readiness, prototype line execution, and cost estimation.
• Establish goals and KPIs to measure and improve team performance and business results.
• Manage engineering resources by prioritizing work to meet schedules and market demands.
• Drive technical and leadership development while ensuring program and production success.
