Job summary
Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Industrialization Specialist to lead the manufacturing execution of New Product Introduction and Continuation Engineering projects, focusing on DFA, time to market, and total product cost. - Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing execution of NPI and CE projects, including DFA, time to market and total product cost.
- Develop comprehensive manufacturing plans: layouts, specifications, quotation, procurement, and assemble equipment including automation.
- Coordinate proto and pilot builds through CPD stage-gate deliverables (PFMEA, GPM, SAP) including FTPC validation and training.
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and adherence to standards.
