• Utilize proper ESD procedures and quality control practices throughout the assembly process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records as required.
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety, quality, and ISO standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members on established procedures when needed.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler Opportunity | Fort Collins, CO

Manpower is partnering with a leading electronics manufacturer in Fort Collins to hire an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position offers a strong career path with a growing company while providing hands‑on work supporting the production of innovative electronic products.

Please note: This role is a second shift position . New hires will complete approximately 9-12 months of on-the-job training (OJT) on first shift before transitioning to second shift. Once moved to second shift, employees will receive a 15% shift differential in addition to their base pay.

Position Details

• Training Schedule (First Shift): Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Permanent Schedule (Second Shift): Monday-Friday, 3:00/3:30 PM - 11:00/11:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
• Shift Differential: Additional 15% once transitioned to second shift
• Location: Fort Collins, CO
• Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

Experience

• Strong understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and best practices.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience identifying electronic and mechanical components.
• Soldering experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; SAP experience is a plus.
