Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler to join a hands-on manufacturing team producing quality products around electrical and mechanical components. This onsite role focuses on reading wiring diagrams, performing wiring and soldering tasks, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years electro‑mechanical assembly and can read schematics; a high school diploma is required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: Technical certification or vocational training; Electronics, mechatronics, or related background; ISO or lean manufacturing environments; familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment; IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and BOMs.
• Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks.
• Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Identify and communicate quality or process concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
