Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join the Production Team. The role involves performing a range of assembly tasks from diagrams and drawings using hand and power tools, with emphasis on quality and process adherence.

You will train in-house to perform soldering, wiring, and subassembly work, while meeting production goals and following engineering drawings and QA procedures. Training lasts three weeks onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings/instructions.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, bonding, wiring, routing, assembly and testing of electronic and mechanical subassemblies.
• Work from approved drawings and quality procedures to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with team to achieve deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain logs and required paperwork for traceability.
• Participate in a 3-week onsite paid training program covering solder, through-hole, cable/harness, and surface mount skills.
