Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) in Archbald, PA seeks an Electro Mechanical Assembler Senior. You will join the team to build precision electro‑mechanical assemblies, harnesses, and circuit cards, following drawings and instructions with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

You will perform soldering, hand population, coating, and assembly of complex components, using various equipment, and you may train others while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of related electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to interpret electro/mechanical assembly drawings and follow work instructions.
• Ability to become certified in JSTSTD Coating and other required skills.
• Must be US citizen due to facility access.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Perform hand population and soldering of circuit cards and assemblies.
• Set up and operate equipment for conformal coating and PWB processing.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and engineering documentation precisely.
• Support continuous improvement and participate in problem solving.
• Work in team or solo environments to meet product specs and schedules.
