Job Title: Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist

Location: Houston, TX, US

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

About the Role

We are seeking an Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform various neurodiagnostic procedures such as EEGs, long-term video monitoring, evoked potentials, or polysomnography, following facility policies and procedures. You will ensure patient safety during procedures and support training for new competencies. Once trained and certified, you will work under indirect supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality, patient-centered neurodiagnostic testing.
  2. Perform routine neurodiagnostic procedures in accordance with ABRET/ACNS guidelines and ASET or BRPT/AAST standards.
  3. Apply electrodes following the International 10–20 System.
  4. Maintain patient safety through effective communication.
  5. Recognize waveform patterns, understand relevant medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
  6. Assess patients regarding electrode allergies, movement restrictions, and cognitive status.
  7. Engage in educational opportunities to enhance professional and technical knowledge.
  8. Document procedures and assist with billing processes.
  9. Perform additional duties as required.

Note: All candidates must undergo respiratory fit testing to ensure workplace safety.
