Job summary

Integration International Inc. is seeking an experienced tester for onsite responsibility in Round Lake, IL. You will evaluate electromechanical medical devices, perform setup and monitoring of tests, and document results for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of testing, lab or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on instrumentation and data acquisition experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; strong documentation skills.
• Experience with measurement test equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of PLC, ladder logic and micro-controllers is a plus.
• Able to lift 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Test electromechanical medical devices in Reliability Lab according to requirements.
• Set up test stands, environmental chambers and measurement equipment.
• Record test data and communicate results to engineers and managers.
• Perform teardown testing and tests to failure as part of product development.
• Verify changes and test competitive products.
• Collaborate on product failure analysis with engineers for design improvements.
• Design and document testing configurations and create test reports.
