Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of automation, manufacturing, maintenance, or technical experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems and electro-mechanical equipment, including reading PLC programs, I/O configurations, and control system documentation.
• LOTO certification completed; machining, welding, fabrication, and sheet metal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the integration, assembly, and installation of factory automation equipment and specialized machinery.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and written or verbal instructions to build and modify equipment with minimal supervision.
• Read and modify PLC programs, including Ladder Logic and State Logic systems, to support automation needs.
• Support implementation and troubleshooting of automation systems, robotics, and machine control applications.
• Apply machine safety standards and devices, maintain project records and documentation.
