Job summary

Applied Medical Corporation is seeking a Clean Room Maintenance Technician II to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair production equipment, ensuring uptime and adherence to strict quality and safety standards.

Work is on second or third shift (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday) with possible extended hours, including weekends and holidays as needed, to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of maintenance experience, including troubleshooting machinery.
• Applies knowledge in electronics, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems.
• Motivated, proactive team contributor with effective communication.
• Completes a high school diploma, GED, or one year of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment within a cleanroom environment.
• Troubleshoot and identify equipment issues during maintenance requests.
• Follow cleanroom procedures, safety guidelines, and maintenance regulations.
• Assist with equipment repairs and parts ordering, communicating concerns to team leaders.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Collaborate with production team members, team leaders, and engineers.
• Contribute to a team environment that meets or exceeds production and quality goals.
