Brooks Instrument, an ITW division, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for 2nd shift at its Hatfield, PA headquarters. You will assemble, calibrate, and test electromechanical equipment, analyze issues, and support production and engineering teams in a clean room environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Proficient with Windows PC and basic software tools.
• Familiar with electrical/electromechanical testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and function generators.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, calibrate, and test electromechanical equipment and fixtures without direction.
• Support daily production issues affecting order completion.
• Analyze and troubleshoot product and equipment failures.
• Monitor production equipment performance and implement upgrades.
• Participate in daily Gemba reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work in a Class 100 clean room environment as needed.
