Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Lean manufacturing background (Kaizen, standard work, waste reduction).
• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• Experience with equipment installation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Epicor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the transition of electromechanical product lines into the Houston site.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and production readiness.
• Lead or support product validation for new launches.
• Prepare and update manufacturing docs, work instructions, and standards.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for wiring and electromechanical systems.
• Deliver training to production teams on new processes and equipment.
• Participate in knowledge-transfer visits and launch activities.
• Apply lean principles to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Maintain involvement from pre-launch through post-launch ramp-up.
