Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (5+ preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and sensors.
• Safety-focused with basic electrical code knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues; perform corrective repairs.
• Document results and work orders in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Safely operate tools and vehicles, including forklifts and lifts.
• Assist installation, fabrication, and modification of equipment, including welding.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and spare parts inventory.
• Read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and automate systems as needed.
• Use measurement tools like multimeters, scopes, and calipers.
