Kymera International is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift to inspect, maintain and repair equipment, buildings and property across operations. You will ensure 100% safety/compliance and keep maintenance records up to date, working with management to minimize downtime.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 5 years of maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to read SOPs.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Five years of maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools; willingness to perform at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, repair and perform routine maintenance on equipment, buildings and property.
• Complete daily inspections and preventive maintenance per SOPs.
• Diagnose problems, execute repairs and escalate as needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs, records and scheduling with management teams.
• Store and manage tools; request replacements with supervisor approval.
• Adhere to safety, environmental and quality requirements in all tasks.
• Support continuous improvement and skill development through training.
• Work to minimize downtime and disruptions to daily operations.
