Job summary
Philly’s Best Steak Company Inc. in the Philadelphia area is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to support production through maintenance activities, complete work orders and PMs, and keep facilities running smoothly.
The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Production Mechanic and is full-time, non-exempt. Key duties include troubleshooting automated electrical equipment, installing and repairing processing equipment, line setup/changeovers, and preventive
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as maintenance mechanic or electromechanical technician.
- Experience with basic pneumatic components.
- Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
- Experience with installation and troubleshooting motors.
- Experience with mechanical systems (pumps, conveyors).
- Food processing industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot automated electrical equipment.
- Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair processing equipment.
- Responsible for line setup and changeovers.
- Troubleshoot sensors, conveyors, and start/stop equipment.
- Schedule parts orders and complete work orders.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and audits of plant equipment.
- General maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical, fabrication.
