Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for our Flemington, NJ facility. You’ll support production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and high OEE on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Starting pay is $40.00/hour with shift differentials, plus benefits. Requires 2+ years industrial maintenance or 4+ years with a high school diploma, and proficiency with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, PLCs, and robotics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher AND a minimum of two (2) years of industrial maintenance experience
• High school diploma/GED AND a minimum of four (4) years of industrial maintenance experience
• Prior troubleshooting and repair experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems in an industrial environment
• Ability to work shifts: 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift and overtime/holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment such as AC/DC drives and motors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, robotics, process controllers, and servo motors.
• Install, modify, and upgrade electrical, electronic, mechanical, and computer equipment.
• Support the engineering, production, and maintenance of production, converting, and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and start-up of new equipment; focus on Continuous Improvement projects to drive OEE improvements.
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
