Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, reads schematics, uses a range of tools, and adheres to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a maintenance technician role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
• Technical training or certification in hydraulics or maintenance is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and safety-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Proficient with a range of maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep machinery at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems using schematics.
• Coordinate with production to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Document maintenance and repairs with accurate records.
• Keep maintenance area clean, organized, and stocked with tools.
• Collaborate with technicians and staff to share knowledge and solve problems.
