Job summary
Falcontek Solutions in New Market, Virginia, is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist to keep high-speed food production lines running safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical issues across the plant, perform preventive maintenance on gearboxes and VFD-driven equipment, and log your work in the CMMS.
The role emphasizes safety, including lockout/tagout, and requires hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Hands-on maintenance experience in industrial environments.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with 3-phase electrical systems and motors.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment.
- Perform mechanical work on conveyors, gears, belts, bearings, motors.
- Diagnose electrical issues with motors, sensors, relays, and control panels.
- Log work in the CMMS and participate in line changeovers.
- Lead lockout/tagout safety practices and coach others.
