Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a skilled technician to maintain and repair electrical and control systems used in food manufacturing. You will document systems, diagnose issues, and support production with timely repairs.

Responsibilities include coordinating Electro-Mechanics across shifts, performing preventive maintenance on networks, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

AS/AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
High school or military training and practical experience in machine and electrical control systems.
Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software and preventive maintenance software.
Ability to read electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems design documentation.

Responsibilities

Maintain current documentation for electrical and control systems.
Assist Mechanics and Electro-Mechanics in diagnosing and resolving electrical or control issues.
Provide training and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts as needed.
Occasionally work offsite to support troubleshooting and repairs.
Perform preventive, scheduled, or corrective maintenance on networks, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
Keep accurate work records and comply with GMP and safety standards.
