Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to support the assembly, repair, and testing of electronic and electromechanical assemblies in our Pittsburgh, PA facility. You will work on cable harnesses, subassemblies, and integration for ground testing and spaceflight hardware.

The role requires experience with tools and test equipment, reading schematics, ESD practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of ESD-safe handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and test cable harnesses per IPC standards.
• Write and maintain wiring diagrams, build travelers, and test procedures.
• Inspect harnesses and perform continuity and hipot testing.
• Assemble electromechanical subassemblies for test articles and flight hardware.
• Support environmental testing and lab space management.
