Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair electromechanical equipment in big-box retail environments.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service calls to ensure client equipment runs smoothly. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of equipment repair, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of equipment repair experience or equivalent training.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs; work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures on electromechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance following OSHA standards.
• Use hand and power tools for assembly, disassembly, and repair.
• Respond quickly to service calls to keep equipment operating.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to deliver top-tier service.
