Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on paint shakers, tinters, mobility carts, check-out stands, and other light industrial equipment at big box retailers.

You will travel within a 3-hour service radius up to 2 weeks per month and may travel overnight for at least 2.5 weeks monthly. The role requires problem solving, hands-on work, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driving record acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
