Job summary

DOC Services Inc. seeks a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to service paint shakers, tinters, mobility carts, and other light industrial equipment at stores within a 3-hour radius, with overnight travel about 2.5 weeks each month.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and clear communication with customers and team. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years’ electromechanical experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Acceptable Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and provide a solution.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
