Job summary

Veterans Prime, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Electromechanical in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time, travel-based role offers a compensation range of $80,000–$120,000 plus benefits and requires a 2-year technical degree or military-equivalent experience.

You will troubleshoot CNC machinery, perform installations and testing, provide on-site operator training, and maintain meticulous service documentation. Regional travel with overnight stays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent military technical experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment; PLCs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues on CNC machines.
• Install and test post-installation performance.
• Train on-site operators about machine function, maintenance and safety.
• Accurately log service activity, diagnostics, parts and resolutions.
• Travel regionally with regular overnight stays to support customer sites.
