Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a meticulous Electromechanical Assembly Technician to join our Engineering Technical Services team. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems with tight tolerances, using hand tools, soldering equipment, and test instruments.

You will read blueprints, build racks and cabinets, install electronics, and help design fixtures for testing while maintaining safety and security policies. Weekend support may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly and testing of electromechanical systems.
• Experience with mechanical assembly of rack systems, cabinets, and mounting structures.
• Experience with electrical assembly up to 110VAC and data cabling.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical systems and components per drawings.
• Test assemblies using oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and other instruments.
• Build test fixtures and support system testing.
• Follow safety and information security policies.
• Provide status updates to leads and engineering teams.
