Job summary

c3controls seeks an Assembler to perform assembly of electrical components following SOPs, Bills of Materials, and engineering instructions. The role emphasizes inspecting assemblies for quality and meeting production rates, with close coordination with management to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include reading diagrams, assembling with hand tools and soldering equipment, testing and labeling, and working in a team to meet deadlines in a light manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Technical Studies in Electronics, Mechanics or Equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to follow assembly and order fulfillment instructions.
• Experience with fastening processes (e.g. driving screws, riveting).
• Experience with soldering tools.

Responsibilities

• Read diagrams, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine material requirements and assembly instructions.
• Assemble components using sum-assemblies by following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Use various power hand tools and soldering tool to assemble and adjust product.
• Conduct visual inspections of material before and after assembly.
• Test devices for proper operation and record results.
• Label and package components and assemblies so inventory can be tracked and identified.
• Confer with supervisors to plan and review work activities and to resolve production/assembly problems.
