Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in electrical engineering technology or related field.
• 1–5+ years in manufacturing or Lean environment.
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical products/systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering prints and schematics.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting electromechanical products.
• Experience with creating production documents (work instructions, checklists).

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical products according to detailed work instructions.
• Test products to verify performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot electromechanical systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Interpret engineering prints and wiring diagrams for assembly.
• Develop and refine production documentation and checklists.
• Train production staff on safety, quality, and processes.
• Support 5S, ESD, and FOD initiatives in Lean environment.
