Belcan Corporation in Simi Valley, CA is seeking a Production Assembler I for 2nd shift. Start date is Right Away with pay rate $22.00 per hour (base $20 plus 10% shift differential).

The role involves routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts, reading simple drawings, and working under defined procedures. The position offers on-the-job training, benefits, and opportunities to develop hands-on skills on a 2nd shift Mon-Thu 3:30pm–2:00am.

Qualifications

• Secondary diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational training or related field experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine mechanical/electromechanical assembly of small parts.
• Reviews route cards or schematics to confirm sequence of operation.
• Positions very small parts under binocular microscope with tweezers or fixtures.
• Adjusts, bends, aligns and solders fine wires to components.
• Bonds or seals parts with epoxy; performs in-process testing.
• Complies with safety policies and procedures.
• Regular attendance; may work nights/weekends and variable hours.
