Candidates should have 3+ years in a technical environment, read blueprints, handle hand tools and fixtures, and lift up to 50 lbs. IPC certification is a plus; High School Diploma required.

You’ll build on foundational skills to independently interpret technical drawings, perform soldering and crimping, and support basic testing of assemblies.
