Advantage Technical currently seeks Electromechanical Assemblers in Beverly, MA for a temporary role spanning entry-level to experienced candidates. Compensation is hourly and based on experience, with first, second, and third shift options to fit different schedules.

Responsibilities include assembling mechanical and electrical components, reading drawings, using hand tools and test equipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met in a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome
• Trade school graduates encouraged to apply
• Manufacturing, assembly, wiring, soldering, or electromechanical experience preferred
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow written instructions
• Experience with hand tools, multimeters, ERP systems, or production documentation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components, cables, wire harnesses, motors, sensors, and subassemblies
• Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, measuring devices, and test equipment
• Perform basic soldering, crimping, and wiring tasks
• Enter production data into ERP or manufacturing systems
• Inspect completed work and report quality issues
• Follow safety, cleanroom, ESD, and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
